Don't know where to start or what to do at Boxfit Gym contact us and book in a time to have a chat so that we can help suggest what would suit you best.  We want to help you achieve your fitness goals.  

For those wanting to participate in our Fitness Boxing Classes we require you to do the BEGINNERS INTRODUCTION this includes 3 x personal training sessions these sessions will help give you the confidence and take you through training at your own pace

All our classes are designed with boxing fitness in mind, the majority of classes are non contact and use the core fundamentals of boxing training.

Learn an easy A,B,C how to throw punches e.g. starting from headguard, stance, stepping, moving and learning to throw combinations. Learn our specific punch sequences (only specific to our Boxfit Gym).

Personal Training One on One training sessions are with one of our experienced trainers you can rest assured you are in good hands.  All sessions are tailored to suit your needs .  The trainer can take you through the basics of boxing technique or work on increasing your fitness and core conditioning. We have a variety of options to suit your schedule and budget email us now for more information.

We do ask that all members have the correct training gear for classes boxing gloves, hand wraps etc.  We have a great range of gear for sale and we also hire gloves.
