Boxfit Class:

See why Boxfit is our most popular fitness class! Partner up for focus pads and learn combo's like a boxer. A fun class for the beginner or the seasoned athlete. Challenging core exercises plus great cardio workout. Duration 45min session except for Saturday 60min session.

3 in 1 Class:

Total body workout including fitness, strength and conditioning as well as core training (suitable for all fitness levels) Duration 45min session.

Yoga:

Stretch and tone your body great for all over body flexibility increase core strength. Relaxtion and breathing techniques.
Duration 60mins. Please note an extra charge $12 Casual Session $10 Students/Senior Citizen concession card available.

Amateur Training:

For those who are wanting to learn to box for competition must complete beginners introduction and have all the correct training gear. The head boxing trainer will determine if you are ready to join in with these sessions.  Includes sparring, boxing technique and fitness sessions (1 hour 30mins)
