Duration 45min session except for Saturday 60min session.
3 in 1 Class:
Total body workout including fitness, strength and conditioning as well as core training (suitable for all fitness levels) Duration 45min session.
Amateur Training:For those who are wanting to learn to box for competition must complete beginners introduction and have all the correct training gear. The head boxing trainer will determine if you are ready to join in with these sessions. Includes sparring, boxing technique and fitness sessions (1 hour 30mins)
Mums & Bubs: STARTING 8th March 2018
Come and train with your baby and other mothers, a mixture of training body weight exercises, resistance workouts, core work and boxing training.
Class are 45mins to 1 hour and are relaxed so that you can attend to your child while training. Come get your pre baby body back meet some new mums and have fun at the same time.
Kids Classes: STARTING 16th January 2018
